Who actually does the work?

Bradley Hansen — the founder — leads every engagement directly. There are no junior staff or account managers between you and the person doing the work. Specialized contractors (licensed bookkeepers, attorneys, tradespeople) are brought in only when the project requires it.

How do engagements get scoped and priced?
