Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing brh-ai.com or using any BRH.AI.SERVICES product or service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or services.

2. Services

BRH.AI.SERVICES provides operations consulting, AI automation, bookkeeping, and related professional services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are described in your engagement order, subscription plan, or written statement of work.

3. Payment and subscriptions

  • Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize the charges shown at checkout.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval shown (monthly or annual) until canceled.
  • You may cancel anytime from your client portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then.
  • One-time fees and used portions of a subscription are non-refundable unless required by law or explicitly stated in writing.
  • Failed payments may suspend service after Stripe's standard retry window.

4. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and any access we need to perform the work (accounts, credentials, content). Delays caused by missing input may extend timelines.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use the site or services to break the law, infringe on others' rights, attempt to breach security, or send spam. We may suspend accounts that violate this section.

6. Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and proprietary tooling belong to BRH.AI.SERVICES. Deliverables created specifically for a client become the client's property upon full payment, except for our underlying methods, templates, and pre-existing tools, which we retain.

7. Confidentiality

We treat client information shared during engagements as confidential and use it only to deliver the agreed services.

8. Disclaimer

The site and services are provided "as is." While we work to deliver accurate, useful results, we do not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., revenue, lead volume, or rankings).

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, BRH.AI.SERVICES is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 90 days preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. Fees for work completed through the termination date remain due.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes will be handled in Sonoma County, California.

12. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
