By paying the $100 deposit, you agree to the following. These are the plain-language terms for building and hosting your website with BRH-AI (operated by Bradley Hansen, Santa Rosa, CA).
What you get
We build your business a website and get it live online, then keep it online through our hosting service.
Pricing
$100 deposit to start · $250 when your site goes live · $25/month hosting after go-live. No long-term contract — cancel hosting anytime.
Deposit refund
Your $100 deposit is refundable if you decide not to move forward before your site goes live. Once your site is live and the $250 is paid, the deposit is applied to your project and is no longer refundable.
Who owns what
You own your business content, your domain (registered in your name — it goes with you if you leave), and your finished website. Hosting is simply the monthly service that keeps it online.
If you cancel hosting
Cancel anytime, no penalty. Your site goes offline; on request we'll give you an export of your site files. We keep it available for 14 days after cancellation in case you change your mind.
Your responsibilities
You confirm your business information is accurate and that you have the right to operate this business. You are responsible for the accuracy of claims on your site (licenses, insurance, guarantees, etc.). You grant us permission to use your business name, info, and images to build and display your site.
Our limits
We work to keep your site online but can't guarantee zero downtime or errors. We're not liable for lost business or profits. Our total responsibility is limited to what you've paid us in the prior 3 months. Website and hosting are provided "as is." Governed by California law.
Full agreement
A complete signed agreement is provided when your site goes live.

General Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By accessing brh-ai.com or using any BRH.AI.SERVICES product or service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or services.
2. Services
BRH.AI.SERVICES provides operations consulting, AI automation, bookkeeping, and related professional services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are described in your engagement order, subscription plan, or written statement of work.
3. Payment and subscriptions
- Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize the charges shown at checkout.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval shown (monthly or annual) until canceled.
- You may cancel anytime from your client portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then.
- One-time fees and used portions of a subscription are non-refundable unless required by law or explicitly stated in writing.
- Failed payments may suspend service after Stripe's standard retry window.
4. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and any access we need to perform the work (accounts, credentials, content). Delays caused by missing input may extend timelines.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use the site or services to break the law, infringe on others' rights, attempt to breach security, or send spam. We may suspend accounts that violate this section.
6. Intellectual property
Site content, branding, and proprietary tooling belong to BRH.AI.SERVICES. Deliverables created specifically for a client become the client's property upon full payment, except for our underlying methods, templates, and pre-existing tools, which we retain.
7. Confidentiality
We treat client information shared during engagements as confidential and use it only to deliver the agreed services.
8. Disclaimer
The site and services are provided "as is." While we work to deliver accurate, useful results, we do not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., revenue, lead volume, or rankings).
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, BRH.AI.SERVICES is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 90 days preceding the claim.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. Fees for work completed through the termination date remain due.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes will be handled in Sonoma County, California.
12. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
