SMS Consent & Opt-In

1. How we obtain consent

We collect proof of consent before sending any SMS message. Consent is never purchased, rented, or shared with third parties.

  • Voice call opt-in — When a caller reaches a BRH.AI client's business number and the call is not answered, the system automatically sends a single follow-up SMS from the same number. The missed call itself constitutes opt-in for this follow-up message.
  • Web form opt-in — On brh-ai.com contact, demo request, and assessment forms, a consent checkbox is required before submission. The checkbox states: "I agree to receive SMS messages from BRH.AI about my inquiry. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. See Privacy Policy and Terms."

2. Opt-out

Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT at any time to opt out. We honor all opt-out requests immediately and add the number to our suppression list. Opt-outs are permanent unless the user opts in again.
